Eko Sugiarto is an Operational Excellence and Supply Chain consultant with more than 34 years of experience helping organizations improve operational performance, cost efficiency, and business competitiveness.

Drawing on hands-on experience from the factory floor to the strategic level, Eko delivers practical, measurable, and sustainable solutions. His specializations include Lean Manufacturing, data-driven S&OP, Demand & Supply Planning, Logistics Network, and Change Management.

He has extensive experience leading operational turnarounds, reducing waste, improving OEE, and building a results-oriented culture of continuous improvement. Eko holds CPIM and CSCP certifications from APICS (USA) and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology from IPB University.
