Calvin brings over 30 years of extensive experience working across multinational corporations, with assignments in Indonesia, Switzerland, and Greater China. He began his career in Information Systems, where he led a successful SAP implementation at Nestlé Indonesia. Transitioning to Supply Chain, Calvin spearheaded numerous key initiatives and transformations across Procurement, Demand and Supply Planning, Logistics, Warehouse Transportation, Order to Cash, Distribution Network Redesign,
and LEAN Value Stream management.

During his tenure at Nestlé, Calvin held key leadership positions, serving as Director of Nestlé Trading Indonesia and Supply Chain Director of Nestlé Indonesia. In addition to his full-time role, he also served as Vice Chairman/ Board of Director at Association of Priority Lane Company (APJP).Calvin also served as an Advisor for Strategic Operations at the Indonesia Investment Authority (INA), Indonesia Sovereign Wealth Fund, where he focused on Value Creation and Business Transformation of INA’s portfolio.

Additionally, he actively mentors startup entrepreneurs through the Endeavor Mentoring Program. Calvin holds a Master of Business Administration degree in General Management from IPMI International Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Bina Nusantara University.
