Abednedju Giovano Warani Sangkaeng, MM, MMA, MMRS, MBA, is an accomplished HR and corporate leader with over 30 years of experience managing human capital across diverse industries, including steel manufacturing, healthcare, agribusiness, and fast-moving consumer goods.

Having served as President Director and HR Director at top companies like PT Garuda Yamato Steel and Gunung Steel Group, he has spearheaded transformational initiatives that have driven organizational growth, corporate governance, and workforce development.

Abednedju holds an MBA from Peking University Graduate School, a Master’s in Management and Hospital Management from Universitas Pelita Harapan, a Master’s in Agribusiness from Bogor Agricultural University, and a Bachelor’s in Business Education from Jakarta State University.
